One down
This is a story I wrote a few days ago.
The man heard a knocking coming from his front door. He slowly got out of his chair and started lumbering towards the sound. The tapping became more persistent. “ Hold y’e horses! I’m Coming! I’m coming!”
He wrenches the door angrily open and beholds, a sweet little girl, probably only eight or nine, with her hair in pigtails and wearing smart grey pinafore and smiling innocently up at him. “ Who……….” But you see he never got to finish that sentence.
The man fell backwards, the meat cleaver still embedded in his heart. The girl leaned over the man’s now lifeless body. She smirked “One down”
